I’m an independent lecturer, consultant, and speechwriter.
Russian by birth, I spent the last decade in Russia working in these roles. I collaborated with business leaders from startups to international corporations as a consultant and speechwriter, and gave lectures at institutions like Moscow State University’s Business School, the British Higher School of Art and Design, and the Higher School of Economics, as well as within corporate environments.
In recent years, I’ve lived in several countries and am now based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Here, I co-founded a popular science lecture series, where I continue to give lectures, even though I’ve stepped back from the core team to concentrate more on my independent work.
My work focuses on promoting an evidence-based approach to management, aiming to bridge the gap between scientific knowledge and real-world business practices. I don’t come from an academic background myself, much like many of my clients, so I know how to explain these concepts to people without a PhD. At the same time, I’m in contact with leading researchers in the field as a member of the Center for Evidence-Based Management (CEBMa), an organization dedicated to promoting an evidence-based approach to managerial decision-making.
Over the years, I’ve collaborated with brands like Asics, Electrolux, Google, Leroy Merlin, Uber, and Unilever, among others, and I hope my experience can bring value to your business as well.
I work with businesses and educational institutions both online and in-person in Argentina, in English and Russian.
